I made this tonight and it is delicious and so easy!! It is from Cooking Light’s 5 Ingredient recipe collection. This one will go in my list of favorites and easy to remember category.
I would like to say though, that I did not make their dressing. I wasn’t interested in making a homemade dressing that I may or may not like so my salad was not exactly their salad. I added cut-up avocado to the body of the salad and used buttermilk ranch as the dressing (not the healthiest but they wanted me to use buttermilk and avocado in the homemade dressing so, why not?). Even Conner loved it!
