No words

May 20, 2013 by Laura

Pray for OklahomaMoore, Oklahoma was hit hard today by a tornado. “Hit Hard” doesn’t even begin to describe it but is really the only phrase I can say. The photos and video from today are beyond terrible.

I have a new mirrored nightstand to share as well as plans for future projects. That all seems trivial and meaningless right now as so many are now without a home. Please excuse this week-long break as we all do what we can for those affected by these terrible storms.

Donate to the Red Cross. Donate blood. Pray hard. I am so thankful my family and close friends are safe and sound but many can’t say the same. The next few days, weeks and months will be harder than most of us can imagine. Please help in any way you can.

So sad for our town right now. Praying that they find more people alive. Just so sad.

I love that we turned this previously unused dead space into something functional and pretty! (Swipe for the before) Trotter Construction gets the gold medal for the heavy lifting but we did get a little #DIY in with the window seat & my mom knocked it out of the park with the West Elm curtain panels she turned into Roman shades! #SteenNewOldHouse #BeforeAndAfter #MasterBathroom
